		<description>It sounds like you&#039;re being treated like a transaction rather than a person - this is something that online retailers can fall into all so easily. They don&#039;t see you physically visiting their store so you just become another electronic donation to their bottom line. The best online retailers understand that people need to be treated with consideration and as a result their customers come back time and again - the bad ones can&#039;t rely on repeat business and eventually they will die.

LOL, I just read that back and it sounds like it should finish with a miniacal laugh, as I stroke my long haired white cat :)

One point on which you should rest assured - when you pay by paypal, none of your bank details are shared with the vendor - all they see is a deposit into their paypal account to the value of that which you send (minus the paypal handling fee). So even unscruplulous vendors cannot rip you off when you pay with paypal.</description>
